Kinabalu Park located in Kundasang,Sabah it covers an area of 754 square kilometres surrounding Mount Kinabalu (the highest Mountain in South-east Asia) was established as the first national park in Malaysia in 1964 and has been gazetted as one of the UNESCO world heritage site in December 2000 for its outstanding values and the role as one of the most important biological sites in the world with more than 4,500 species of flora and fauna, including 326 birds and around 100 mammals. One of the main attraction for the National Park as it is the botanical paradise and it is one of the Most Popular tourist attraction spot and famous for all mountain climbers all over the world as it offer two route of summit trail; Timpohon and Mesilau.

A visit to Kinabalu Park will never be perfect without visiting the Poring Hot Springs. Poring Hot Springs situated about 40KM from the Kinabalu Park and located in the lowlands. This place has been famous for its hot sulphuric minerals which offers you two option of indoor or outdoor bath tub. There are also other interesting areas in the park to be visited such as Butterfly Garden, the Poring Orchid Conservation Centre, the Tropical Garden, the Rafflesia Conservation Site and the famous Poring Canopy Walkway.
